Rebates on Materials:
Builders are eligible for various rebates under several different
plans depending on their level of purchase. The plans are as follows:
Roofing Plan A: Purchase and use Grace Ice & Water Shield, Grace
Select or Grace Ultra for the entire roof area and qualify for a
rebate of $15 per home.
Roofing Plan B: Purchase and use Grace Ice & Water
Shield or Grace Roof Detail Membrane for the roof detail areas and
Tri-Flex 30 for the remaining roof areas and qualify for a rebate
of $8 per home.
Roofing Plan C: Purchase and use Grace Tri-Flex
30 for the entire roof area and qualify for a rebate of $4 per home.
Roofing Plan D: Purchase and use Grace Ice & Water
Shield, Grace Select or Grace Roof Detail Membrane for the roof details
areas and qualify for a rebate of $4 per home.
Flashing Plan: Purchase and use Grace flashing for all window flashing
and qualify for a rebate of $4 per home. For participation in the
flashing plan, each home must have a minimum of fifteen flashed windows.
Deck Plan: Purchase and use Grace Vycor Deck Protector on all decks
to protect against corrosion and joist rot and qualify for a rebate
of $2 per home.
In addition, the builder is eligible for further rebates by selecting
more than one plan. By selecting any roofing plan and the flashing
plan, the builder qualifies for an added $5 per home. By selecting
any roofing plan, the flashing plan and the deck plan, the builder
qualifies for an added $7 per home. Qualifying homes must be a minimum
of 1,500 square feet.
Grace will pay rebates on a quarterly basis. In order to receive
a rebate payment, the builder must submit documentation each quarter
to Grace listing the completions by house number in each development.
Additional documentation may be requested. Grace will also perform
random inspections in each development to ensure that the correct
products are being used.
Installer Training and Customer Support:
Grace will provide product training to the builder and its sales
representatives and installation training to the builder's contractor
of choice prior to the start of the project. In addition, a toll-free
helpline will be available to the builder for immediate assistance
with product and application inquiries.

Extended Warranty Coverage:
Grace offers a 10-year material and labor warranty to the builder
for Grace Ice & Water Shield and Grace Vycor flashing products
purchased under the homebuilder program. In addition, a 20-year material
warranty is offered for Grace Tri-Flex 30. All material must be installed
according to published Grace installation details.

Model Home Program:
Grace will offer the builder free material for the model homes in
any development where the builder agrees to use Grace products on
all homes. In order to qualify for the model home program, Grace
materials must be included in the standard specification for the
development and may not be an upgrade option. Grace will provide
materials in the quantities necessary for the model home to receive
the same coverage as stated in the standard specification. Grace
will provide material for a maximum of one model home per 25 homes
in the development.

Marketing Literature:
Grace will provide the builder with free marketing literature to
display and distribute in the model homes outlining the premium quality
and protection that Grace products provide.

Homebuyer Package:
Upon completion of a home, Grace will send a homebuyer package either
directly to the homeowner or to the builder for delivery to the homeowner.
The package will include literature about the Grace products installed
on the home and a certificate from Grace verifying that the home
is protected by Grace weather barriers.
